To the extend that you view or copy or use information on the Ocean Web Site, in consideration of Ocean’s authorization of such viewing, copying or use, you agree that any dispute arising out of such viewing, copying or use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located therein. Notwithstanding the forgoing, either party may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief. Except as otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ocean with respect to the Ocean Web Site and its use and supersedes all prior understandings between you and Ocean with respect to the Ocean Web Site.
