From treating large parking lots with high flow rates to oil storage facilities that require point-source environmental protection, Ocean Pipe carries storm water treatment units that suit a variety of situations.

For high-flow, gross pollutant trap applications, Ocean Pipe manufactures patented CDS Technologies storm water treatment units. Pre-cast units can process design flows of up to 64 cubic feet per second (cfs). With the addition of absorbents and/or baffles, all CDS units effectively capture 80% to 90% of free oil and grease transported within storm water. Ocean’s custom designed units and smaller oil interceptors also handle large storm water flows or combined sewer overflows.

For point-source, oil separation applications, Ocean Pipe manufactures patented EcoSep^® coalescing treatment units. Each EcoSep unit meets the rigid European DIN standards and can achieve oil/water separation of 5 ppm. The EcoSep’s easy-to-clean media cartridge reduces maintenance costs drastically. An optional EcoStop^® spill control valve automatically stops the flow as soon as oil storage capacity has been reached.
