Ocean Pipe products are manufactured to the high quality standards set by CSA, ASTM, and local government agencies.  Ocean Pipe is a certified Q-Cast facility and has held the distinction since 1999.  As the first Canadian plant to achieve "Q-Cast" certification—the stringent plant quality certification issued by the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA)—Ocean Pipe is amongst the industry leaders in product quality.

The Q-Cast program is a voluntary audit process where an independent engineering firm performs inspections on 146 different areas of the plant.  Some of the highlights of the audit include:
